Found a ladybug in my tom yum noodle soup..... Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again. Delivery was very quick though.

Portions are big, they will make it spicy if you ask. Love the pad tai and drunken noodles. Get the peanut sauce on the side, great addition. Comes faster than the estimated times and delivery guys are always nice.

One star only because of fast delivery but it's straight up gross

Love love love Khao Sarn - fresh, fast, consistent. My go-to restaurant for dinner (way too often, haha). Steamed veggies with peanut sauce is the way to go!

Took over 2 hours to arrive, no apologies, dismal customer service.
Posted a year ago by Ben M.
The most unacceptable and appalling delivery experience of my life. Almost two hours since ordering and still no food delivered. Additionally the seamless tracker says the order left the restaurant over an hour ago. Called the restaurant multiple times only to be hung up on and put on hold for lengthy amounts of time and still no explanation as to where our (undoubtably cold) food is. So unprofessional, these people should not be in business. Will be requesting a full refund.

The best Thai in the neighborhood!

Very fast delivery. And really appreciated the guy climbing up five floors to deliver the food with a smile on his face. Knocked down a star cos my pad thai tasted pretty bland, previous times have been good.

The best go-to Thai place in the neighborhood. Reliable and tasty.

This is my favorite thai place in Williamsburg and maybe even the city. Add veggie duck to anything and be presently surprised. The curry (panang, massaman or any kind) is delicious, as is the Pad Thai, Spicy Noodle, and the shrimp, spring roll and golden fritter appetizers. The sauteed dishes are divine, we like the basil sauce. All very good, unexpected and affordable. Can't go wrong. Order family style to try as many things are you can!

Terrible service, expected delivery time was 30-45 minutes. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes and my food is still not here!
Called to ask about status of the order and all I got was that my good will arrive at some point.

Khao Sarn was the very first place I ordered from when I moved to BK two years ago & I still love these guys. Their food is always fast, consistent & hits the spot.

Food is pretty much consistent at Khao Sarn. Never have to worry about deliveries arriving late. Faves are the apps, thai dumplings and chicken sate. Love their sticky rice and mango dessert.
Noodle dishes can be hit or miss, I wish they would use less oil, especially in their pad see ew and pad thai.

Consistently solid food. Often get the noodles and have no complaints. They are very good at adjusting orders for requests (ex. soft rather than fried tofu). Portions are nice. Food quality is good as well. The best drunken noodles in the neighborhood.

Delivery is fast and reliable. Food is solid but not standout.

4 stars for thinking out of the box. Try the 'mango tango' if you're like me, and like to experience flavors that are born out of fusion. The reason I'm taking one star away, is because the fried ice-cream was melting and soggy by the time it got here.
I'll certainly order from them again, but just not the fried ice-cream

I love the masaman duck curry, pad thai, and mango sticky rice here!!

The last time I ordered the spicy chili and tofu, a large hunk of plastic was in the tofu. Never ordering from here again.

Love the pad see yew and chicken satay. My new favorite is the tiger tears - marinated steak and steamed vegetables.

Consistently good quality, everything fresh and hot, delivered in a timely fashion. A few misses (Papaya Salad) and the way the fried tofu is delivered (top always comes off pouring sauce into the container).

Food is good. Always comes hot and fast.

Solid lunch special. Consistent food. Quick delivery. I'm a fan.

Some of the food was good, but they completely ignored my "no bean sprouts" note, ruining one of the two entrees we ordered.
Posted 2 years ago by Charles B.
Solid, dependable Thai food at very reasonable prices. Would recommend sticking to noodle dishes.

There are SO many Thai places in the neighborhood but this one is consistently my go-to place.
Posted 2 years ago by Thomas G.
Inconsistent- The first time I ordered the duck salad it was great. The second time it was soggy chicken. Baffling. The veggie dumplings are truly great though.

I'm not going to order from here anymore. The quality is pretty low on the appetizers. The pad see ew is decent however, but nothing special.

So inexpensive and I love the red curry with tofu n brown rice. The best!

Just ordered lunch from here, and everything about it was below average. There are better Thai options in the neighborhood.

The food was sooooooooooo bland. Very few vegetables even though I ordered the vegetable pad thai. I'm never going to order from them again.

sugar beets is better thai in the neighborhood

Decent Thai food that delivers promptly. Nothing amazing or over the top, but a decent Thai fix. I always test Thai with their pad thai, this one did not disappoint, nor did it blow me away.

Khao Sarn is a great Thai restaurant in Williamsburg. The food is always good, not amazing, but always good. You can ask for "Thai spicy" if you want some fire in your life. I like the Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, Pad See Ew, chili sauce (Prig King), and oyster sauce (comes with a good selection of vegetables).
The owner is a nice guy and appreciates it if you try out your limited Thai language skills while ordering.

Whenever I order from Khao Sarn via this website, THEY IGNORE MY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.
Posted 4 years ago by Timothy P.
The delivery took longer than it said it would. The chicken was served ground like taco meat instead of in pieces. The noodles were clumped in unappetizing chunks, and overall the sauce was pretty bland. Overall not a pleasant dining experience.

good, clean food, value for money, order it at least once a week!
Posted 4 years ago by katherine m.
Good food. Arrives quickly and they always get the order correct. Portions are a little puny for the price, which is why I demoted a star, but the food is good quality. I like the green curry with veggie duck. The drunken noodles are tasty too! Food can be a little oily, but you can ask for them for less oil and they get it right:)
